Happy Birthday to Harper

Haven't made a card in a while, so for my niece's birthday I decided it was time to get back into it.  Instead of a card, I made another frame.  This one isn't made from a canvas, it's just card stock, but it makes a sturdy enough, but light weight frame.  It's in blues and purples since those are her favorite colors.
